RSQUARE Vietnam, a subsidiary of RSQUARE, is officially entering the commercial real estate interior business in Vietnam.
According to AlSquare on the 18th, RSQUARE Vietnam has been facilitating corporate setups, relocation consulting, and connecting domestic and international companies with offices, factories, and warehouses. With the launch of the commercial real estate interior service, they have now established a one-stop service, handling everything from company setup and office leasing to interior design through RSQUARE Vietnam. This interior service covers not only offices but also stores, hotels, and apartments (company housing). The Vietnamese interior market requires smooth collaboration with property owners, and RSQUARE Vietnam's one-stop service claims to drastically reduce the time required compared to competitors.
Shin Ji-Min, head of RSQUARE Vietnam, emphasized, "We will bring our successful know-how from Korea to Vietnam and provide high-quality leasing and interior services."
In February of this year, RSQUARE Vietnam signed a business agreement with China’s Hunsen Law Firm. Hunsen, with 18 years of experience in Vietnam, is a Chinese legal and accounting service provider that supports Chinese companies investing and establishing subsidiaries in Vietnam. RSQUARE and Hunsen plan to collaborate not only on commercial real estate services, such as factory and office leasing, asset management, and interior design, but also on investment, legal, and tax consulting, as well as real estate information exchange in Vietnam.
Last year, RSQUARE Vietnam's revenue grew by more than 60% compared to the previous year. Despite Vietnam's projected economic growth rate of 4.9%, a slowdown from the previous year's 8.02%, RSQUARE's revenue continued to grow. RSQUARE Vietnam operates in major regions such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang, providing brokerage and consulting services for factory, industrial complex, office, and logistics center leases. It is noted that their growth in performance has been aided by their database of approximately 50,000 office and commercial buildings, which they surveyed across key business areas in Vietnam.
