Commercial real estate service provider RSQUARE has partnered with Chinese law and accounting firm Hunsen to strengthen its overseas corporate relocation services.
RSQUARE Vietnam, led by branch manager Shin Ji-Min, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hang Sinh Consulting Company (Hunsen) to enhance their corporate relocation services.
According to RSQUARE, the signing ceremony was attended by Shin Ji-Min, head of RSQUARE Vietnam, and Zhang Diansheng, CEO of Hunsen.

Hunsen is a Chinese law and accounting firm with 18 years of experience in Vietnam, offering advisory services to Chinese companies investing and setting up subsidiaries in Vietnam. With the acceleration of the "de-China" movement among Chinese companies, demand for specialized corporate relocation services is rising. RSQUARE Vietnam is building an integrated consulting service for real estate, legal, and accounting support for Chinese companies considering relocating to Vietnam.
Through this partnership, RSQUARE and Hunsen will collaborate on factory and office leasing, asset management, interior services, commercial real estate information sharing, as well as consulting on investment, legal, and tax matters in Vietnam.
Shin Ji-Min, head of RSQUARE Vietnam, commented, "Inquiries from global companies related to the 'de-China' trend continue to flow in, and many domestic companies are actively pursuing policies to diversify their global production lines, resulting in a growing number of firms relocating from China to Vietnam. We will enhance our services to offer comprehensive corporate relocation consulting."
In May last year, RSQUARE Vietnam teamed up with Shinhan Vietnam Bank and KNL to provide integrated overseas business services. The company has collected data on 50,000 office and commercial buildings in key regions such as Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. By connecting workspaces for companies like Shinhan Life and POSCO Group, and signing a market research contract with SK Energy, RSQUARE Vietnam has strengthened its overseas corporate relocation consulting business.
In 2023, RSQUARE Vietnam nearly doubled its revenue growth. Despite Vietnam’s projected national economic growth rate of 4.9%, a slowdown compared to 2022's 8.02%, RSQUARE's growth has continued.
RSQUARE Vietnam operates in major regions such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang, providing brokerage and consulting services for factory, industrial complex, office, and logistics center leases. Their internal assessment indicates that their database of approximately 50,000 office and commercial buildings across Vietnam's key business areas has significantly contributed to their performance growth.
