RSQUARE, a leading commercial real estate platform, announced on the 4th that it will co-host the ‘Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Fair.’
The event is scheduled to take place on the 29th at COEX in Seoul. RSQUARE will co-organize the fair alongside the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP), the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA), and Shinhan Bank Vietnam.
The fair is expected to draw approximately 100 attendees, including representatives from the Embassy of Vietnam in Korea and South Korean companies planning to invest in Vietnam. As a specialist in commercial real estate consulting, RSQUARE aims to utilize this event to identify and connect with promising enterprises looking to expand into the Vietnamese market.
The program will feature presentations by VSIP on Vietnam’s trade and investment environment, as well as the current state of the industrial real estate market. RSQUARE will then provide an in-depth look at the commercial real estate landscapes of both South Korea and Vietnam. The event will conclude with 1-on-1 investment consultation sessions.
Key co-host VSIP, established in 1996 as a joint venture between Vietnam and Singapore, is Vietnam's largest industrial park developer. VIREA is an affiliate of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, officially authorized by the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam.
