RSQUARE (CEO: Lee Yong-gyun), a comprehensive commercial real estate service firm, has been appointed as the sales advisor for 'N Tower Garden,' a key office asset in the Bundang Business District (BBD). 


According to industry sources on the 14th, this appointment is the result of recognizing RSQUARE's office analysis capabilities, transaction experience, and data-driven strategic planning accumulated in the Bundang and Pangyo areas. Last year, the volume of assets advised by RSQUARE's Investment Advisory Division expanded approximately 2.5 times compared to 2024, showing rapid growth. With successive appointments as an advisor for major assets, the company is further solidifying its presence in the real estate advisory market for institutional investors. 


N Tower Garden, located in Sunae-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, is a subway-accessible office building within a five-minute walk of Sunae Station (Suin-Bundang Line). It is a mid-sized asset consisting of 5 basement levels and 10 ground levels, with a total floor area of approximately 3,465 pyeong (11,454.86㎡).
