Office Repairs Addressed Within a Maximum of '48 Hours,' RSQUARE DESIGN Reports

▶ Three years of proven field performance formalized as an official team name, reinforcing a firm commitment to service execution

▶ "Reaching clients before issues arise" — expanding the scope and frequency of preemptive inspections

▶ "Client satisfaction rises over time" — over 10,000 field cases logged over three years prove the model's effectiveness

'Post-construction management' has long been a persistent headache for companies operating commercial space. Contractors typically move on to the next project once construction wraps up, leaving client companies unsure who to contact when defects are discovered later.

RSQUARE DESIGN (CEO: Jang Yong-soo), a commercial space design and construction specialist, has spent the past three years operating a response protocol that addresses defect reports through on-site action within roughly two days. The firm has now formally consolidated this execution benchmark under a single organizational name: the '48 Solution Team.' Rather than a simple rebrand, this reorganization brings the firm's proven rapid-response system under one unified structure — while placing equal emphasis on expanding proactive inspections to reduce the occurrence of defects in the first place.

◇ Beyond Rebranding: A Transparent Process From Report to Resolution

Systematic post-construction management remains rare in the domestic commercial interior design industry. Once construction ends, the managing team often moves on to the next site, leaving accountability unclear when clients discover issues down the line — and processing status is rarely shared transparently.

As part of this reorganization, RSQUARE DESIGN introduced a digital tracking system that logs every stage — from initial report and site visit to corrective action and final verification — as structured data. Field data was previously collected across three separate channels (inbound requests, outbound inspections, and site managers) and managed largely through manual records. This has now been converted into a real-time dashboard that tracks the full timeline — from defect filing to site visit, corrective action, and resolution — with data available to client companies upon request.

At the same time, RSQUARE DESIGN expanded the scope and shortened the visit cycle of its outbound inspection model, which proactively checks client facilities for cracks, leaks, and HVAC system issues before defects are even reported. Driven by these preemptive checks, cumulative inspections and responses have exceeded 10,000 cases over the past three years.

This systematic approach to post-construction care is further validated by actual client satisfaction data. In 2025, client satisfaction within one month of project completion stood at 4.36 out of 5. Remarkably, by the six-month mark, satisfaction had climbed to 4.93. While client satisfaction typically declines over time as hidden defects surface, the preemptive inspection system reversed that pattern. With site visits averaging 1.5 days and corrective action averaging 1.7 days, these response times provided the concrete basis for naming the new team the '48 Solution Team.'

◇ A Reorganization That Redefines Industry Standards — The Name Is Simply the Result

"What clients remember about a partner isn't just impressive design, but how quickly and transparently problems get resolved when they arise," said Jun-hyeong Jo, Executive Director of Branding at RSQUARE DESIGN. "This reorganization is a comprehensive upgrade — elevating our post-management organization, operational systems, team objectives, and client satisfaction metrics all at once. While the design and construction work ends at completion, the client's experience within that space continues. We rebranded our industry-leading service organization to reflect that."

Jun-won Choi, Leader of the 48 Solution Team, added: "Client service isn't measured by friendliness or goodwill — it's measured by competitiveness proven through data and execution. With our newly integrated digital system, we can quickly identify which processes see recurring issues and which construction methods are more vulnerable. We're building a closed-loop feedback structure that feeds these insights back into the design and construction phases, reinforcing a virtuous cycle that improves quality before a single project even breaks ground."

RSQUARE DESIGN is the design and construction subsidiary of commercial real estate firm RSQUARE. It delivers an end-to-end service model spanning WX (Workplace Experience) design — which analyzes a client's industry type, work style, and organizational characteristics — through construction and post-completion facility management.
