Howbuild will manage construction projects through IT solutions, while RSQUARE will handle post-construction leasing, management, and real estate advisory services, maximizing the strengths of each company.
HOWBUILD is a company that provides IT-based solutions for new construction and remodeling projects, covering everything from project planning to completion. They have a portfolio of over 1,100 construction projects nationwide. Key services include "Open Competitive Bidding," where clients can receive construction estimates from over 3,000 construction companies, "Construction Management," which allows for easy online project oversight, and "One-Stop Construction," where Howbuild's construction management team handles everything from planning to completion.
The two companies will collaborate from the early stages of potential client engagements. Howbuild will handle project planning, architectural design, and construction management, while RSQUARE will provide real estate advisory services, including leasing and sales.
