According to RSQUARE (CEO Yong-kyun Lee), the two companies will closely collaborate to provide comprehensive commercial real estate consulting services in Vietnam. The partnership aims to build a strategic relationship that leverages the strengths of both companies, supporting mutual growth.

The signing ceremony took place at Samsung Electronics Vietnam's office in Ho Chi Minh City, attended by Suyeon Yoon, RSQUARE’s Chief Investment Officer (CIO), and Cheongyong Lee, the Head of Samsung Electronics Vietnam.

Under this partnership, RSQUARE Vietnam will provide Samsung Electronics Vietnam with services including commercial real estate information, brokerage, asset management, and interior design and construction in Vietnam. Samsung Electronics Vietnam, in return, will supply technology solutions and products, such as Internet of Things (IoT) systems for commercial buildings, to R Square Vietnam. Moreover, RSQUARE will be designated as the preferred business partner for Samsung Group's subsidiaries operating in Vietnam.
For companies looking to establish factories or warehouses in Vietnam, RSQUARE Vietnam will offer relevant real estate services, while Samsung Electronics Vietnam will support product placement and technology consulting for these spaces.
