RSQUARE announced on the 25th that it has appointed Hojun Lee, former Head of Colliers, as the Head of its Real Estate Investment Advisory Division and Vice President.
Lee is recognized as an expert in asset management, banking, and real estate services. Since 2008, he has been involved in domestic and international fund and REIT investments as part of Woori Bank's Investment Banking Division PI team. In 2017, he served as Head of the Investment Advisory Division when Colliers International re-entered the Korean market, leading the sale of Hyundai Card and Hyundai Capital's headquarters in Yeouido.
RSQUARE 's recruitment of Vice President Lee is part of its efforts to strengthen its real estate investment capabilities. Lee stated, "As market uncertainty grows, making sound investment decisions has become increasingly important. I will fulfill my role in the real estate market based on RSquare's data."
A graduate of Yonsei University’s Graduate School of Urban Engineering, Lee has worked at the Seoul Development Institute and BHP Korea (now Savills Korea) before handling fund and REIT investments and operations at Korea Investment Trust Management (now Korea Investment Real Asset Management) and JR Asset Management.
Last year, RSQUARE strengthened its investment advisory services by appointing Eung-Han Park, former Head of Real Estate and Infrastructure at the Public Officials Benefit Association, as CEO of its real estate investment and development subsidiary.
