RSQUARE Design, a subsidiary of the comprehensive commercial real estate service company RSQUARE (CEO Seung-Joo Lee), has been awarded the top honor in the Commercial Interior category at the "2024 Brand of the Year Awards."
According to industry sources on the 3rd, the "2024 Brand of the Year Awards," organized by the Korea Consumer Brand Committee, recognizes services that rank first in consumer satisfaction through direct surveys. The awards are hosted by the Korea Consumer Forum. The top brands are selected through consumer surveys conducted via phone and online. This year, over 4.61 million online votes were cast, and more than 15,000 one-on-one phone interviews were conducted. Historically, the awards have seen participation from over 54 million voters.
This category was introduced for the first time this year. RSQUARE Design was listed among other contenders such as Kookbo Design, Dawan&Company, Eunmin S&D, and Samwon S&D. Among these competitors, RSQUARE Design received the highest recognition, affirming its status as the most trusted brand among consumers.
RSQUARE Design won the top honor in the newly established Commercial Interior category at this year's Brand of the Year Awards.
RSQUARE Design's competitive advantage lay in its large and systematic "Customer Service Team" compared to its rivals. This team has maintained a customer satisfaction score of 4.93 out of 5 over the past three years in surveys conducted with clients who used their interior services.
Now in its 22nd year, the Brand of the Year Awards is the largest brand award event in the country, where consumers select the brands that have shone the brightest throughout the year. Starting this year, a new Vietnam category was introduced, expanding consumer voting to three Asian countries: South Korea, China, and Vietnam. Voting covered over 3,300 brands across 16 industries, including electronics, health, education, beauty, dining, housing and construction, and arts and culture. Brands selected as number one through consumer voting and committee deliberation earn the title of "Brand of the Year" in their respective categories.
RSQUARE stated, "This award reflects the sincerity we've shown to our clients through the various commercial real estate projects we've undertaken," and added, "We aim to deliver exceptional design for our clients, not just in Korea but across Southeast Asia."
