RSQUARE (CEO: Lee Yong-gyun), South Korea’s leading commercial real estate service provider, and its subsidiary, RSQUARE Design, have achieved a major milestone by winning the top prizes at the ‘2025 Korea First Brand Awards.’ The two companies were honored as the winners in the Commercial Real Estate Platform and Commercial Interior categories, respectively.
Celebrating its 23rd anniversary, the Korea First Brand Awards, hosted by the Korea Consumer Forum, is the nation’s largest brand award program. Each year, it selects the most anticipated brands for the upcoming year through extensive online and telephone surveys of consumers nationwide. This year’s survey recorded a total of 5,080,706 participations from 325,545 consumers.
The survey evaluated approximately 3,300 brands across 16 industrial sectors, including home appliances, healthcare, education, beauty, food service, and residential/construction. Following the consumer research and a committee review, the top-ranked brands were awarded the prestigious title of "2025 First Brand."
In the newly established categories of Commercial Real Estate Platform and Commercial Interior, RSQUARE and RSQUARE Design outperformed several major competitors, including CBRE, GenstarMate, Kukbo Design, and Dawon & Company. This victory recognizes them as the leading companies set to define the market in 2025.
In addition to this achievement, RSQUARE recently received the ‘Seoul ESG Management Award,’ an accolade sponsored by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and organized by the Seoul ESG Management Forum. The company was highly rated for its systematic ESG management system, centered around its Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Department, and its diverse activities contributing to sustainable social development.
“Based on our database of 300,000 real estate assets, we have introduced industry-disrupting services like RSQUARE Analytics (R.A) and Data Hub,” an RSQUARE official stated. “Furthermore, RSQUARE Design is providing differentiated designs for atypical new constructions and commercial spaces, backed by its specialized Pre-con capabilities.” The official added, “We will continue to lead by example in fulfilling our corporate social responsibilities.”
