According to RSQUARE DESIGN, the company received a perfect score of 1,000 points in this evaluation, recognizing its exceptional safety capabilities, which rank in the top 0.1% of the interior and architectural finishing industry. This is an improvement from last year’s score of 993 points. Achieving an 'SA1' grade is a significant feat, as only 1.2% of companies in the construction industry reach this level.
The NICE D&B Construction Safety Management Evaluation is a professional assessment that diagnoses a company’s safety and health management system based on the Serious Accident Punishment Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Project owners and large construction firms utilize these results as a core metric when selecting partners.

During the on-site inspection of the Seoul Forest The Sharp remodeling project, the company earned high praise for its field workers' completion of safety training, effective management and dissemination of hazard information, and meticulous maintenance of safety signage.
