Q: What kind of space did you find through Rsquare, and how big is it?
A: We found a new, larger office space. The office is about 476.9sqm (145 py).
Q: How was your experience working with Rsquare to lease your office?
A: Unlike other real estate services in Vietnam, Rsquare provided us with accurate information on actual rent prices and vacancy status in advance. We appreciated their strict scheduling, ensuring that landlords kept their appointments during building inspections. As a public institution, our contracts and budget execution processes take time. Rsquare explained this well to the local landlords and helped manage our cash flow to stay within the annual rent budget, allowing us to complete the contract without issues. Despite being overseas, we felt as comfortable as if we were signing a real estate contract in Korea.
Q: Would you recommend Rsquare to other companies looking for commercial real estate?
A: Absolutely. Since relocating, many companies have asked us how we found our office, and we’ve recommended Rsquare to them.
Q: What are your goals or vision for the new space?
A: Although demand for our services was high, we were limited by our previous small office. Now that we’ve moved to a larger space, we look forward to supporting more Korean ICT companies at our expanded Ho Chi Minh IT Support Center.
