Rsquare Vietnam is solidifying its unique position in the Vietnamese market. In June, Rsquare signed a partnership agreement with Samsung Electronics, setting a new standard in the commercial real estate consulting field.
According to Ji-Min Shin, head of Rsquare Vietnam, “This partnership with Samsung Electronics allows us to provide top-tier integrated solutions to our clients in Vietnam.” Through this agreement, companies entering Vietnam can now access one-stop services, from space design to advanced tech solutions—an innovative market opportunity created by both Rsquare and Samsung.
Shin emphasized, “We’re fully committed to helping more companies succeed in Vietnam through our collaboration.”

Q: How did the strategic partnership with Samsung to provide integrated solutions in Vietnam begin?
Shin: Our innovative journey began in 2022 with an agreement with Shinhan Bank Vietnam. This allowed us to offer one-stop real estate and financial services to companies entering Vietnam, resulting in over 20 successful partnerships.
Based on the great feedback we received from clients, we decided to take a step further by proposing our expertise in space planning and consulting to Samsung Electronics.
Q: How long did it take from the first meeting to the agreement with Samsung? What was the key factor in moving forward?
Shin: After our initial meeting in March 2024, we spent three months in intense discussions. We realized that space acquisition and optimization were closely linked.
With the expertise of both companies, we knew we could significantly improve customer satisfaction.

Q: What are the next steps and future goals after this partnership? Will there be further collaboration?
Shin: Our top priority is to introduce this innovative service to companies in Vietnam’s industrial parks and office buildings. Rsquare and Samsung have already provided joint services to new businesses entering Vietnam.
We plan to continue building on each company’s strengths and expanding our services together.
Q: Why do you think Samsung chose Rsquare as its key partner for the Vietnam market?
Shin: We have built an extensive database of commercial real estate across Vietnam, including detailed information on companies occupying these spaces.
This made us the ideal partner to help Samsung identify potential clients. Our data-driven approach aligned perfectly with Samsung’s strategy.
Q: What tech solutions or products will Samsung provide to Rsquare Vietnam through this partnership?
Shin: Samsung offers SmartThings and B2B AI solutions based on b.IoT. In office environments, these solutions integrate system air conditioning, monitors, electronic whiteboards, and signage to create an optimal working environment.
For manufacturing plants, they provide large air conditioners, industrial signage, and devices like industrial tablets and wearables to maximize efficiency.

Q: Besides the partnership with Samsung, what other agreements are in place with Rsquare Vietnam?
Shin: Along with Shinhan Bank Vietnam in 2022, we have partnerships with KNL (a legal and tax service firm) and KONET EXPRESS (a logistics solutions provider). Through these partnerships, we offer comprehensive one-stop services to our clients.

Q: Any additional stories you’d like to share?
Shin: Companies preparing to expand overseas face many challenges, such as international transfers, establishing a corporation, securing space, construction, and relocating equipment. Rsquare provides all this information in one place, offering tailored solutions through our partner network.
This is an invaluable resource for companies looking to enter the Vietnamese market. We hope our comprehensive service will be widely recognized by domestic companies planning to expand into Vietnam.
