When buying, selling, or leasing real estate, registration documents are essential. These records officially list property details, ownership, and any changes in status or rights, recorded in public registers. Since these records provide a complete history of ownership and rights, they are fundamental in the commercial real estate market.
Our company is now launching DataHub, a comprehensive property registry and real estate information access service. DataHub is a project from our CREP Product Planning Team, which manages the vision and functionality of IT services like RTB, our internal property and business management system. To learn more about this product and the CREP team’s work, we spoke with them directly.
Q: Could you introduce the CREP Product Planning Team? Who makes up the team, and what are your key responsibilities?
The CREP Product Planning Team is primarily responsible for DataHub, our new registry service, and RTB, RSQUARE's internal data management platform. We focus on designing and managing IT services that support our company and clients in real estate transactions.

RSQUARE CREP Product Planning Team
Our main role is to create blueprints that guide developers and project managers in building services with the right functions and features.
The team includes experienced product managers (PMs) and service planners, many of whom have extensive backgrounds in IT services.
We aim to create tools that streamline real estate processes and better serve both our internal team and our clients.
Good service begins with a deep understanding of users. That’s why we prioritize understanding the work of RSQUARE’s experts and gathering feedback from all sides.
If you experience any issues or have suggestions for DataHub or RTB, please feel free to reach out.
Q: What led the team to develop DataHub, and what does the name signify?
Originally, our registry search feature was available through SK C&C’s system linked to RTB. However, when SK C&C decided to discontinue the service, we decided to develop our own. Though building all the required features in three months was challenging, we prioritized the essential ones to launch the first functional registry search service. DataHub will soon expand to include alert notifications for any registration changes and a variety of additional property records.
The name “DataHub” reflects the concept of a central hub, like a building or logistics hub, where all relevant data comes together.
Our goal is to evolve DataHub into a comprehensive data platform, so we chose a versatile name that reflects this vision.
Q: What market needs does DataHub address, and who is the core target audience?
Our target users include real estate developers, construction firms, asset managers, financial institutions, and individual property investors. We saw a strong demand for real estate information solutions tailored to specific needs across these groups.

DataHub’s offerings include comprehensive property details such as ownership, debt status, building permits, and tenant information, providing valuable insights to support various real estate decisions.
Q: The first version of DataHub is set to release on September 30. What features will follow in future updates?
DataHub’s upcoming features will expand based on market demand and user feedback. Here are some completed features already available:
▪ Integrated Login
External users can securely and quickly access DataHub.
▪ Basic Property Registration Search and Viewing
Users can search property registrations by address, road name, or property ID to view essential information.
▪ Map-Based Registration Search and Viewing

This allows users to view property data in a geographic context, making it easy to identify properties visually.
▪ Corporate Registration Search and Viewing

Users can access corporate registry information, including key details about business ownership.
▪ View History for Properties and Corporations

Search history is saved so users can revisit important records as needed.
▪ Change Alert Notification

Users can subscribe to updates for changes to specific properties or corporations, staying on top of important developments.
▪ Streamlined Payments
We’ve implemented an easy and secure payment system, offering credit card and e-wallet options.
Our goal is to refine DataHub based on customer needs. Planned upgrades include:
▪ Expanding Record Services
We’re adding essential records like land use plans, property registries, land ownership, and building registration documents.
▪ Sharing Registration Records
Soon, users will be able to share registry records with colleagues, facilitating collaboration.
▪ Condensed Summaries of Registries
We’re developing summaries for complex registry records, making it easier for users to understand key points.
Data Hub is continuously improving the usability of real estate-related services by reflecting the diverse needs of customers, and to this end, we are actively reflecting feedback through user interviews.
Q: Many similar services are available on the market. What challenges did you face during development, and how is DataHub different?
Before DataHub, several products were already serving the market, making it challenging to stand out. However, we focused on solving key issues that other products hadn’t addressed.
First, we minimized costs for our users by eliminating membership fees, registration fees, and extra charges for accessing registry records.

In order to solve this problem, after much thought, we developed the [View Reserved Registration] function, which allows customers to reissue registered registrations that have been viewed without a period limit. Users can check the viewing history to view registrations that have already been viewed by other users. We have strengthened the ability to share. Through these functions, users are relieved of their financial burden, and information is shared efficiently within the organization.
Second, we introduced a Map Search Service.
Unlike other services, which specialize in price searches, sales, and rental information, DataHub lets users access registry data by simply selecting a location.
In general, if competition services are specialized in searching market price information, selling goods, or searching charter information, Data Hub is a service to make it easier for users to access real estate registration by searching for the address they want.
It provides a mass address search function. It also allows users to select or deselect a specific location (address) mouse click on a map, which is a differentiator, to more accurately select the location they want. In the future, we will apply a registration change notification display service within the map so that users can see the changes at a glance on the map screen.
Q: What do you believe users will find most beneficial about DataHub?

Compared to other services, DataHub prioritizes seamless registry access. Users can easily find registration records for specific addresses without needing extensive searching.
And with our “Change Alert” feature, users receive real-time notifications for updates to their saved registries.
This feature will be especially helpful for real estate agents, who can leverage this information to create new business opportunities and maintain current listings.
DataHub will continually improve based on user feedback, ensuring it meets real-world needs and providing the best experience possible
