RSQUARE is growing with talents from diverse cultural backgrounds as part of its overseas market expansion and global business strategy. Particularly for the Vietnamese market expansion, the company is focusing on leveraging Korea's advanced systems to develop local employees, preparing them to return to Vietnam and implement these excellent systems locally. We met with two Vietnamese employees working in the Information Infrastructure Team, Jami (Tra My Nguyen) and Hoai (Thanh Hoai Nguyen), to hear their stories.

Q: What motivated you to apply to RSQUARE and what was your first impression?

Jami : RSQUARE's openness in providing visa change opportunities even to foreigners was very appealing to me. While looking for a good job, I applied after learning about the company's global vision and interest in the Vietnamese market. After joining, I was deeply impressed by Korea's systematic approach and professional work environment.

Hoai : I was looking for a company in Korea where I could work on Vietnam-related projects. A major motivation was that RSQUARE has branches in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. After joining, I found it really attractive to learn Korea's advanced systems while working on the global stage.

Q: How do you perceive the differences in work culture between Korea and Vietnam?

Jami : Korea's systematic approach and emphasis on mutual respect was impressive. In Vietnam, we tend to share opinions freely in a more horizontal atmosphere, while in Korea, the communication process with superiors is more structured. It was unfamiliar at first, but I learned how it increases work efficiency and responsibility.

Hoai : That's right. Korea's senior-junior culture and teamwork required some adaptation, but I learned a lot from seeing how everyone respects and cooperates with each other. I felt that this culture plays a role in successfully leading RSQUARE's global projects.

Q: What role do you play in the Information Infrastructure Team?

Jami : I serve as a bridge connecting Korean and Vietnamese cultures. I validate Vietnamese data, communicate with Vietnamese companies, and handle verification requests related to logistics centers or real estate. I'm learning how to systematically manage data using Korea's advanced systems and how to effectively apply this in Vietnam.

Hoai : Our clients range from Vietnamese and Korean companies to foreign customers. As people who can speak both Korean and Vietnamese, we serve as communication hubs, contributing to RSQUARE's global business expansion. We're preparing to transplant the systems we've learned in Korea to Vietnam.

Q: Could you share a memorable success story?

Jami  : A recent project connecting with a large logistics company in Hai Phong stands out. The company was looking for a logistics center, and we were able to propose a suitable solution using Korea's systematic data management system, successfully connecting them.

Hoai  :  I remember connecting with a company of 560 people looking for a 5,600 square meter office in Ho Chi Minh City. Initially, it took time to build trust, but through RSQUARE's professional system and communication methods, we achieved good results and were able to discuss plans through 2027.

Q: What impressions have you had while living in Korea?

Hoai  : I've been in Korea for 4 years and have met many good people. Especially while working at RSQUARE, the warm interactions with team members are memorable, and getting married in Korea has become a special experience.

Jami :  I was deeply impressed by Korea's systematic social structure and people's diligence. Although it was unfamiliar, living in Korea has allowed me to learn and grow in many ways.

Q: How have you grown while working at RSQUARE, and what are your personal goals?

Hoai  : I've learned how to handle work efficiently and professionally through Korea's advanced systems. Based on the office culture and teamwork I've learned at the company, I want to contribute to implementing Korea's excellent systems when I return to Vietnam. In the long term, I'd like to collaborate with Korean companies in Vietnam or even try running my own business.

Jami  : At first, I thought sales wouldn't be right for me, but I gained confidence learning systematic work methods at RSQUARE. I realized that I can do anything if I challenge myself. I plan to start a Ph.D. program in Business Economics in September, and I'd also like to work in education or marketing in Vietnam.

Q: What are your expectations for RSQUARE?

Hoai  : As the Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi branches are growing, I hope there will be more opportunities for Vietnamese employees to play active roles at headquarters. I want to help create RSQUARE's global vision by serving as a bridge between Korea and Vietnam.

RSQUARE is strengthening the capabilities of Vietnamese employees through Korea's advanced systems and supporting them to implement these excellent systems when they return to Vietnam.

The stories of Jami and Hoai well illustrate the values of global growth and cultural integration that RSQUARE pursues. We will continue to create new value in the global market together with diverse talents.
