RSQUARE has become the first PropTech company in South Korea to join the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).
RSQUARE and the UNGC held a certificate presentation ceremony on March 14, 2022, at the UNGC Korea Network office in Seosomun-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul. The ceremony was attended by In-sang Song, RSQUARE's Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), and Choon-taek Kwon, Secretary-General of the UNGC Korea Network.
The UNGC is an international pact under the United Nations that was launched to strengthen corporate social responsibility. It promotes sustainable business practices in areas such as human rights, labor, and the environment, with over 19,000 companies and institutions from more than 160 countries participating.
RSQUARE joined the UNGC to implement ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management activities according to global standards. Through its membership in the UNGC, RSQUARE pledges to adhere to the 10 principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, and to actively share its social responsibilities and achievements.
